ReardenMetals.sg is operated by Rearden Metals Pte Ltd (UEN 201736961Z), a private mint registered and licensed to conduct business in Singapore. References to "we", "us" and "our" refer to that company.
2. Wholesale focus
Rearden Metals works exclusively with wholesalers, institutions and high-net-worth individuals. This site is informational; we do not transact retail orders directly through it. To purchase, please contact an authorised dealer listed under "Where to Buy".
3. Information & blockchain records
Documents we publish to the blockchain (company filings, raw material acquisitions, Silver Stock Reports) are provided in good faith for transparency. They are accurate as of the timestamp on chain. You are responsible for verifying any record before relying on it for a commercial decision.
4. No financial advice
Nothing on this site constitutes investment, tax or legal advice. Precious metals and digital collectibles carry risk; consult your own advisors.
5. Intellectual property
"Rearden Metals", "SGDB" and the lion mark are trademarks of Rearden Metals Pte Ltd. The product designs, photography and copy on this site are protected by copyright. The Bevis protocol and our published records are released for public inspection but may not be misrepresented.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
