When you contact us via the website forms, email, WhatsApp or Telegram, we collect what you send: your name, contact details and the contents of your message. When you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your email address.
Why we collect it
Solely to reply to you, fulfil wholesale enquiries, send the newsletter you opted into, and meet our record-keeping obligations under Singapore law.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with third parties for marketing. We don't publish anything you send us through a contact form to the blockchain — the on-chain records are about our manufacturing and accounts, not about you.

Your rights
Singapore's PDPA gives you the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Write to mint@reardenmetals.sg and we will respond within 30 days.
